Planning and Development Director Dustin Meyer told the commission staff had reviewed the LLC's certifications and formation documents and found the consent sufficient to support the ETJ removal.
Mayor Pro-Tem Cody Jones moved to adopt the ordinance and Commissioner Robyn Cranmer seconded; the motion carried unanimously. The resolution cites Section 42.023 of the Texas Local Government Code as the statutory basis for the ETJ reduction. The commission took no public comment in opposition during the agenda item and provided no additional conditions in the motion.
