Loyalton council approves October bills, authorizes $20,000 fund transfer

At the Nov. 18 meeting, the Loyalton City Council approved reconciled accounts and unanimously passed a motion to approve the October 2025 bill sheet not to exceed $305,563. Councilmember S. Mcllravy moved the bill-sheet motion and Councilmember B. Mertton seconded; the minutes record the action as carried unanimously.
The council also approved a fund transfer from General 1956 to Enterprise Loan MM not to exceed $20,000. That motion was moved by S. Mcllravy and seconded by B. Mertton and was recorded as unanimously carried. The council acknowledged the transfers and reconciliations as part of its routine financial business.
