"The whole mess of booking between our facilities... the confusion that people have," Gonzalez said, urging staff to advertise and solicit broad community feedback.
Department of Recreation staff said a governance committee over the business software is taking the lead, conversations are underway, and the team expects to act before the fall permit season with mid‑summer engagement to gather community input. Committee members concurred with the staff recommendation and urged departments to keep councilmembers informed.
