Emergency management reports 39 EMR responses and multiple fire incidents

The director's figures were provided as routine operational reporting. The authority did not take any specific action tied to the emergency management report during the meeting. The minutes record the vendor and purchase-order approvals elsewhere in the agenda but no emergency-management funding requests or new directives were recorded.
