Town Attorney Thomas Benavidez told the council the foreclosure process is complicated and costly and noted the Town had spent about $16,000 on remediation at 217 Pima. After discussion about cost, process and potential value recovery, council voted to direct staff to explore foreclosure options; the motion passed unanimously.
