At the close of the meeting, Mayor Wallace moved to adjourn and Councilmember Hirshberg seconded; the motion passed unanimously, and the minutes were later certified by Town Clerk Brandye Thorpe. The minutes indicate the meeting was approved by Mayor Johann R. Wallace on Feb. 12, 2026.
