Huachuca City presents holiday-decorating awards and reviews seasonal events

Councilmember Cynthia Butterworth noted the retirement of Karen Lamberton, interim staffing changes and thanked volunteers for helping with the events; she also noted an upcoming food distribution the third Friday of the month.
