At the start of the public‑comment period Angela Schwarc of Parma asked the board why only "4 out of 5 board members with signed conflict of interest attestations on file." Her question prompted an on-the-record exchange in which the board president and the treasurer described how the forms were distributed and said missing signatures would be addressed.
Kevin Kuzmall, identified himself as a Parma city councilman for Ward 6, asked whether updated committee lists were available and suggested adjusting meeting times to increase public attendance. Board members said they welcome public participation but noted scheduling difficulties and quorum constraints. Treasurer and board members agreed to locate orientation and signature records and provide copies or confirmations to board members who requested them.
