Board member Brandon moved to accept the consent agenda (items A–F); Board member Harris seconded. The motion carried with Aymer, Brandon, Harris and Hagan recorded in favor while Burchi, Bourlard and Wake were marked absent.
Items included in the bundled consent action were approval of the Nov. 17, 2025 regular and closed-session minutes; destruction of executive-session audio recordings older than 18 months; revocation of an early graduation approval; and the acceptance of a resignation. The agenda also listed Activity Funds totaling $102,817.33 as part of the Treasurer’s Report. No individual consent item was pulled for separate discussion in the public minutes.
