South Burlington previews July 6 agenda: FY27 work plans, LDR changes, transportation-impact fee ordinance

Staff also noted that if the Development Review Board (DRB) denies a permit application tied to the official map, that denial can trigger a 120-day window during which the council must take action (for example, to exercise purchase options or address easement matters). Councilors asked that staff include realistic views of staff-resource availability when returning with proposed priorities and timing.
