Mitiguy Aviation lease request tabled; company representative disputes connection to Dec. 27 events

Trevor Mitiguy, who participated remotely, said he was aware the company was connected to an incident on Dec. 27, 2025 but insisted "Mitiguy is not connected to those events." He asked the commission what factual findings supported any action to prevent Mitiguy Aviation from seeking a lease in Fitchburg.
Commissioner Paul Hathaway said the matter is not a court proceeding and that the City Solicitor advised tabling the agenda item until the facts are clearer. The commission did not take further action and assigned the City Solicitor and commission staff to review the matter and report back.
