Airport tenants and their employees would not be charged. Cornenia said he will prepare written rental terms for the commission to review at the next meeting.
Separately, Cornenia described a cleared 113-square-foot back room in the administration building that could be repurposed for office rental once a separate access door is added. He has ordered carpet tiles and baseboard and will contact the City Building Department for permitting and a labor/materials quote.
