On the Sprayberry Road project, staff reported Riverside’s portion as $16,910.42 and the county portion as $5,059.64 for replacement of a deteriorated 48-inch pipe with a 60-inch pipe; the commission approved both agreements by voice vote.
Commissioners discussed scheduling and whether weekend work could accelerate the Springville project to avoid delaying building interiors for a volunteer fire department facility. The commission also approved coordinating paving with the town of Oldenville so county and municipal portions of Hearst Road and Potter Lane are completed together.
