Clay Phillips outlined a necessary pipe replacement on Sprayberry Road where the existing corrugated metal pipe is corroding and beginning to cave in; the project will increase capacity from 48-inch to a 60–68-inch pipe to accommodate future drainage needs.
Clay said Riverside's contract portion is about $16,910.42 and the county's portion is about $5,059.64; he recommended the commission place the agreement on Tuesday's agenda so work can proceed. Commissioners asked staff to include precise quantities and cost breakdowns in the agenda packet before any approval.
