DRB emphasizes staff conditions and plans to reschedule March meeting

Staff (who read the rules to the board and provided written recommendations) committed to recording the lot-coverage condition in the minutes and to administratively verifying cut sheets and planting details. Separately, staff noted that the DRB’s March meeting needs rescheduling and will email members with possible dates (March 18 or March 26) and follow up the next day.
The board’s discussion emphasized that minor landscape-placement changes can be handled administratively while larger design changes would require a return to the board. The DRB recorded motions and passed the related votes before adjourning.
