South Roxana plans summer events; Phillips 66 donates $8,500 for salt spreader

Mayor TJ Callahan also announced a $8,500 donation from Phillips 66 to purchase a salt spreader for village roads and publicly thanked volunteers and meeting recorder Tim Waterhouse, saying: "Big Thanks" to Tim Waterhouse for his support and volunteering his time to record all of the Village Board Meetings. The mayor verbally invited Phillips 66 to be included in the community fireworks event.
