Road & Bridge staff reported four bids were received for the bridge work and Wakefield was the lowest responsible bidder. IT staff described the GIS–Laserfiche integration as a map‑based tool that enables bidirectional access between spatial features and documents, with 40 training hours included in the startup services. The court also approved multiple budget amendments to roll forward capital projects and to certify donated revenues for sheriff’s office line items.
