The Town of Hounsfield Planning Board met Oct. 1, 2024, at Town Hall and was called to order by Ray Filley at 7:00 p.m. Roll call listed RJ Filley, Cheryl Payne, Les Brooks and TJ Lehman as present; Mel Washburn was noted absent. The meeting record shows the board approved the minutes from the September meeting.
Les Brooks moved to approve the September minutes and Tim Lehman seconded; according to the minutes "all voted aye," carrying the motion. The board adjourned at 7:10 p.m. on a motion by Cheryl Payne, seconded by Tim Lehman, with the minutes again recording that "all voted aye." The minutes were submitted by Brenda Bockus.
