The Board adopted the 2024–25 Superintendent Evaluation Timeline after discussing the scope of targeted feedback. Vice Chair Derrick Foxworth reviewed the timeline during the meeting and Director Jennifer Traeger proposed removing community members from the Targeted Feedback Survey and focusing outreach on staff this year.
Director Traeger said the Board should “focus on reaching out to just staff this year” as part of an amended approach to the targeted feedback component of the evaluation. Vice Chair Foxworth moved to approve the plan with that amendment; Director Owen Von Flue seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Board members also discussed evaluation standards they want to emphasize this year. The approved timeline directs staff to implement the amended feedback approach and return evaluation materials per the Board’s schedule.
