The Silver Falls School District 4J reported that the partition for the Robert Frost property has been approved and that a survey of the parcel is underway, with the sale of the property showing activity.
“the partition for Robert Frost property has been approved. A survey of the property is underway and the sale of the property is getting some activity,” Interim Superintendent Kim Kellison reported to the Board. The comments followed the meeting’s return from executive session, where the public record notes deliberations related to real property negotiations under ORS 192.660(2)(e).
Board members did not take a separate sale action at the Sept. 9 meeting; Kellison’s remarks described the administrative status of the property partition and that staff were monitoring interest and next steps. Questions from the Board centered on timing and procedural follow-up; the district did not disclose prospective buyer identities at the meeting.
