The Town of Thompson Planning Board approved a lot-line change for properties on Katrina Falls Road (S/B/L: 51.-2-29 & 51.-2-30) on June 24, 2026. Property owner Loraine Pfister told the board the proposed exchange simply straightens an angled property line and is an even swap with no net gain to either parcel. The board requested that the new meets and bounds be filed with the county prior to recording.
Board member Michael Hoyt moved to approve the adjustment; Arthur Knapp seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. The board’s action clears a title-line irregularity but requires the county filings noted on the record.
