Everett said the company is "a straight shooter" and emphasized his intent to help close the deal; Pat Gallagher and Kevin Hart expressed that if funds are available the board should consider assisting. No formal motion or grant was approved at the July 8 meeting; Everett said a follow-up meeting may be scheduled to finalize details.
