Matthew Shouler was promoted from Investigative Sergeant (Grade 13) to full-time Captain in the Sheriff’s Office (Grade 14) with a pay rate change to $54.27 per hour, effective July 26, 2026. Larisa Hein was promoted to full-time Case Aide in Human Services at $24.32 per hour, effective June 23, 2026. The minutes also record the resignation of Greg Schelin, part-time 911 Telecommunicator (effective June 30, 2026), and the hiring of Daniel Schlueter as a full-time Correctional Officer (effective July 16, 2026).
