Christopher Kampa presented the item and listed donors including Charities Aid Foundation America c/o Cybergrants LLC, Nancy Gammel, Paul and Alvera Tatting, Maytag Laundry, Emily Raup, Bree Anna Larson, Hayford Ford, Allina Health Systems, and anonymous donors. The board adopted the resolution by roll-call vote and the presiding clerk declared the resolution duly passed and adopted.
