Board to reapprove three missing Birch Street easement documents at Oct. 20 meeting

Staff said the three documents will be reapproved by the board at the Oct. 20 meeting and then sent to Lino Lakes for permanent filing.

Staff indicated the reapproval at the Oct. 20 meeting is intended to correct the city’s incomplete file chain and ensure permanent public records are available.
