Board amends and approves Dec. 10, 2024 meeting minutes

On motion by Michael Walsh and seconded by Carol Vaughan, the Board approved the December 10, 2024 Regular Meeting Minutes as amended. The approval was unanimous. The minutes will be recorded with the noted corrections.
The Board also reviewed its to‑do action list and confirmed multiple items were ongoing while several others were completed.
