The board reviewed and approved corrections to the July 16, 2024 public hearing and regular meeting minutes. Textual corrections were made to several lines (e.g., changing references from "Hurley" to "Heath"). On a motion by Mr. Walsh, seconded by Ms. Vaughan, the amended minutes were approved unanimously.
Staff reviewed the to-do action-items list. Item 10: sign repair was completed though painting remains to be done. Staff noted twice-annual mulching of the entire park will begin in October 2024. Curb and sidewalk repairs near the front gate were described as HPCA responsibilities. Mr. Adams will confirm when A to Z will remove two trees hanging over houses, and staff will address a resident planting in the retention area near the dog walk.
