Board to monitor alleged encroachment at Pond 16; approves bench placement and irrigation repair actions
Summary

Assistant Secretary Carol Vaughan said the front property and Paleo Park "look great" and requested another bench; Grounds Superintendent Tim Gatz agreed to meet with her to determine placement. Ms. Lonergan noted a white structure on Hole 11; Mr. Gatz said a temporary dam was built to address an irrigation break.
Mr. Walsh reported that a residence on Pond 16 had installed a pool and a cage that "seems that construction is encroaching on the EDRA and significant damage was done to the bank in the EDRA." Staff agreed to monitor the area and address any issues with the homeowner when work is complete.
Action items recorded for follow-up included confirming when contractor A to Z will remove two trees hanging over houses and staff outreach to a resident planting in a retention area.
