Detroit Lakes board records multiple resignations and hires in personnel agenda

The Oct. 28 personnel agenda recorded multiple staff resignations, appointments, amended assignments and leaves of absence. Resignations include Mallory Fischer (Rossman Laker Kids Assistant) and others with effective dates in Sept.–Nov. 2024. Appointments approved included Matt Brown (Roosevelt special education paraprofessional), multiple seasonal coaches (Tyler Fode, Mike Hoganson), and several para and administrative assistant hires; salary rates and hours are recorded for many hires in the personnel list.
Amended assignments and leaves were also documented: for example, Leslie De Nio reduced weekly hours in the Laker Transitions PAES Lab, and several staff members requested leaves for periods ranging from late 2024 into spring 2025. The personnel items appeared as a block under the personnel section (SEG 008–013) and were included in meeting materials and the approved consent items where applicable.
