Commission recommends village board approve Widule rezone petition

Tony Ruder of the Chippewa County Zoning Office told commissioners there had been a "miscommunication with setting a concrete pad" when the project was first designed, a technical issue he described for the commission before commissioners moved to act. Commissioner Jamey Stueber moved to recommend approval; Nancy Mauhar seconded and a voice vote carried.
The move to recommend the rezone is a step that sends the petition to the full village board for a final decision. The minutes do not record a roll-call tally beyond the voice vote.
