South Roxana board approves minutes, routine bills and two communications and budget measures

Minutes and financial approvals were handled early in the agenda and recorded as unanimous votes of those present.
On substantive items, the board voted 4-0 to adopt Resolution No. 26-23, authorizing execution of a communications service agreement with TextMyGov. The board also adopted Ordinance No. 26-23, the annual appropriation for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2026, and ending April 30, 2027; Greg Adams moved the ordinance and Terrah Bevolo seconded.
