Board agrees to remove Dewey Park courts and demolish Coronado garage; pickleball deferred

The committee also discussed a request for additional pickleball courts referenced by President Samples. Trustees noted that installing dedicated pickleball courts is expensive because of the required specialized asphalt coating, and they prioritized general park upkeep and planning over new court installations for now.
