The Centerville ISD School Board approved School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) membership on Nov. 17, 2025. The board approved a slate including parent and community members — Joel Smith, Mike McBride, Tisha Wilson, Lana Marcus, Kimberly Moye, Pamela Ogle (RN), Kristal Nunley, Brandy Matthews and Ronnie Langley — and district employees Amanda Langley (RN), Hailey Smith (LVN), Hailey Loftin (CISD Child Nutrition Director) and Stephanie Franklin (CISD Junior-Senior High Classroom Teacher).
The motion to approve SHAC members carried with four recorded yeas and one abstention: Charles Nash, Tommy Neyland, Tuffy Loftin and Eric Schwab voted yea; Lana Marcus abstained. The minutes list the approved members and indicate the board treated the roster as a consent item.
The membership approved combines community and licensed health professionals (two nurses are listed) and district staff with roles tied to student health and nutrition; the minutes include the roster as an attachment to the meeting record.
