The board unanimously approved multiple personnel items on the consent agenda. Lane changes approved included Autumn Boedeker and Megan Wognum from MA+17 Step 7 ($66,748) to MA+34 Step 7 ($68,621) and Molly Olson and Kelly Noble from MA+17 Step 11 ($79,270.00) to MA+34 Step 11 ($81,131.00). The minutes list the dollar figures as the current and new lane placements.
The board also granted a leave of absence to Anna-Lena Forsman effective Nov. 18, 2024–Mar. 21, 2025, and hired her as the 7th & 8th Grade Long-Term Substitute Math Teacher for the same period. The resignation of Kate Perkins from the Cafeteria Aide position (2.75 hrs./day) effective Dec. 15, 2024 was accepted. Athletic Director Tom Coombe recommended assistant coaches and volunteer coaches; approved names include Ray Podominick (assistant boys basketball coach), Troy Oelke (junior high girls basketball coach), Patrick Vanderbeek (junior high boys basketball coach) and volunteer Katelynn Rice. The minutes note stipend responsibilities for some positions are assigned to the Ely Hoop Club.
