The motion, made by Allen Kaiser and seconded by Rene Aguirre, designated Scott Turner (Board President), Jimmy Nibblett (Board Secretary) and Brittany Redfern (Business Manager) as authorized signers; the motion passed with a recorded vote of Yea: 6; Nay: 0; Absent: 1.
The board action is recorded as agenda item F.5; the transcript identifies the names and their roles as the new authorized signatories. Business office staff will implement the banking changes and update account records accordingly.
