The meeting included the unanimous approval (Yea: 6; Nay: 0; Absent: 1) of the consent agenda covering minutes, expenditures, tax reports, revenue/expenditure comparisons, activity accounts, budget amendments and the investment report.
Trustee Allen Kaiser moved to approve the consent agenda; Scott Turner seconded and the motion passed. The board also scheduled Team of 8 training for Oct. 1, 2025, approved the School Health Advisory Committee for 2025–2026, accepted a $500 donation from Splendora ISD, and approved the district's annual financial auditors. The meeting adjourned at 7:49 p.m.
