Academy ISD Bond 2021 update: PAC concrete pour set for Jan. 30; Band Hall nearly complete

The concrete slab for the Performing Arts Center (PAC) was scheduled for pouring on Jan. 30, 2025 at 8:00 a.m., seating installation was slated for Feb. 17, and flooring deliveries were expected the following week.
Architects reported AV testing planned and noted an "access point" issue that could push parts of final work to mid-February. The Band Hall is largely complete and is waiting only on doors and flooring; the architects stated completion no later than Spring Break. Trustees received the construction timeline as part of routine bond project updates and asked staff to continue monitoring the access-point delay to avoid schedule slippage.
