Heritage Pines CDD adopts meeting schedule for FY2026 and re-approves mutual aid agreement

On April 15, 2025, the Heritage Pines Community Development District board adopted Resolution 2025-04, which designates dates, times and locations for its regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2025/2026. The motion to adopt was made by Supervisor Stephen Putman, seconded by Supervisor Michael Walsh, and passed unanimously.
The board also adopted Resolution 2025-05, approving an updated Florida Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement. District Manager Chuck Adams said the agreement had been previously approved and was presented again due to updates; he noted the CDD is more likely to be the recipient of aid from other governmental entities than a provider. Both resolutions were adopted with all supervisors voting in favor.
