The Cedar Park City Council approved two items on the consent agenda at its Sept. 5 special meeting.
Resolution R196.24.09.05.D1 authorized the city’s acknowledgment and agreement for apportionment and conveyance of vacated right-of-way known as Block House Creek Drive by Williamson County to the City; it also included the city’s portion as Right of First Refusal property for sign easement purposes and amended the Right of First Refusal Agreement. Resolution R197.24.09.05.D2 expressed support for designation changes along US 183 (including frontage road and business route redesignations between Avery Ranch Boulevard and RM 1431).
The consent agenda passed on a motion by Mayor Pro Tem Anne Duffy, seconded by Councilmember Bobbi Hutchinson, by a 6–0 vote with Councilmember Kevin Harris absent.
