Key votes included: (1) authorizing demolition measures for 22 Mountain Avenue after the owner failed to appear at a due-process hearing; (2) authorizing removal of a rooster and an unpermitted chicken coop at 66 Schneider Avenue; (3) approving a POP site lease with Greenlight Networks to host fiber equipment on Village Hall’s third floor; (4) authorizing an intermunicipal agreement with the Orange County Office for the Aging for senior dining; (5) approving Warrant #2503 for $282,489.95; and (6) authorizing annual ChargePoint services for the village EV charging station (annual fee cited as $1,290). Most measures passed by unanimous voice vote or roll call.
