Village Clerk Melody Wymore told the board that City Hall will be closed for Memorial Day, introduced a new part-time employee named Jordyn, and listed village events: a villagewide garage sale on June 13, village-wide cleanup on June 20, and Stream Team on June 27.
Dale from Zoning said a zoning permit appeared free of issues and would move to the next zoning meeting. The Park Board ordered child-safe mulch for the playground. Trustee Mark Benton raised enforcement of tall-grass violations while expressing an intent to help residents unable to maintain yards; he also raised concerns about dirt bikes, golf carts, and bridge maintenance in the village. Trustee Larry Barrera moved to adjourn the meeting, Trustee David Jett seconded, and the minutes record all yeas.
Chairman Bradich closed the meeting and the signature lines appear in the minutes.
