Items on the consent agenda included the Dec. 16, 2024 regular meeting minutes; the order of election for the May 3, 2025 joint election; a contract for election services with the Chambers County clerk for the May 3, 2025 general election; the addition of Tammy Duhon, the district business manager, as an authorized representative to the First Public/Lone Star Investment Pool; and a school house lease at 702 Willcox for B. Sonnier.
Trustee Michael Morehead moved to approve the consent agenda and Trustee Stacey Davis seconded. The board recorded a unanimous vote in favor: Yea 7, Nay 0.
