Board approves bank signers, Lone Star representative and names investment officer
Summary

At the April 14 meeting the Abernathy ISD Board of Trustees approved multiple financial-authority items. The board authorized Aaron Waldrip and Lance Terrell to sign Certificates of Deposit at First United Bank and removed Wendy Woerner from those accounts. Separately, trustees authorized Aaron Waldrip, Lance Terrell and Marcus Sullivan to sign checks and Certificates of Deposit at First State Bank.
The board also approved adding Lance Terrell as an authorized representative for Abernathy ISD's Lone Star Investment Pool and approved his appointment as an Investment Officer; Lance Terrell is identified in the minutes as affiliated with the Texas School Finance Center. All votes on these items were recorded 5–0 with one absence noted (Ty Horsford).
