The roll call vote recorded Commissioners Matt Gilfillan, Kevin Cody, Fred Lutz, Kathy Forse and Ryan Murphy as voting yes. The recommendation is conditioned on staff and the commission's discussed edits being addressed before submission to the Board of Supervisors.
The commission did not record public comment on the ordinance at the meeting. The next procedural step is for staff to transmit the commission's recommendation and the ordinance packet, with the requested revisions, to the Board of Supervisors for their consideration.
