The Bartlett ISD Board of Trustees approved Policy Update 126 at its Dec. 15 meeting, adopting revisions to a long list of local policies that the district presented as part of a single update. The policies amended or affected include, among others, BE(LOCAL) and BED(LOCAL) on board meetings and public participation; CQB(LOCAL) on technology resources and cybersecurity; CQD(LOCAL) on artificial intelligence; EHBAF(LOCAL) on special education video/audio monitoring; and FFF(LOCAL) on student safety.
Sheri Braun moved to approve the Policy Update as presented; Meg Bernstein seconded and the motion passed 6–0. The minutes record adoption of the update as a package; no granular amendments or roll-call objections were recorded in the public segment of the minutes.
