The Arlington ISD Board received a compensation analysis preview May 1 from Keith McLemore of the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB), who outlined the pay-study process and the district’s relative market position. The presentation was followed by Senior Director Holly Stambaugh, who reviewed the district’s compensation market position and legislative developments affecting pay and district healthcare contributions.
Stambaugh told the board that TASB provides benchmark compensation data each year for local market analysis and that the district will continue to track statewide legislative changes that could affect compensation and benefits. The minutes reference Teacher Retirement System (TRS) healthcare contributions for 2025–2026 but do not specify dollar amounts or planned changes in the minutes.
