Arlington ISD ratifies Taina Northington as chief communications officer

The board minutes record that Northington addressed the trustees and thanked them for their support following the vote.
The action was taken following the board’s closed session earlier in the evening; the motion to ratify the appointment was made available for public record in open session. No dissenting votes were recorded. The district did not publish a first day or contract financial terms in the minutes.
