Josh Westrom was absent.
The consent package also listed an AEF memorandum of understanding, a Texas Health MOU, approval of adjunct teachers and an RFQ extension for construction materials testing. The minutes do not include contract amounts, vendor names for the bus purchase, or further fiscal specifics for the items on the consent agenda.
