Under agenda item 5.I the board approved increasing the BISD contribution to health insurance to $320 per month to help cover rising premium costs and approved increases to the 2024-25 pay scale for teachers, counselors and librarians as well as set increases for hourly and administrative staff. Trustees also approved a Comprehensive Insurance Plan for the 2024-25 school year under agenda item 5.J.
