The consent package included approval of minutes, donations, general operating checks and financial reports, the Annual Investment Report, a review and action on the district’s investment policy, designation of authorized brokers, a resolution approving independent sources of instruction relating to investment responsibilities, and the addition of adjunct teachers. The board recorded no abstentions or dissenting votes. These actions were presented as routine business for approval and will be reflected in the official minutes and district financial records.
